A bit about 'ME'
Mum of 3, showing how it is possible to navigate a healthy life.
Hey guys, and welcome! I’m completely new to Substack, but I’m jumping in because I want to show women everywhere that fitness is accessible for absolutely everyone — no matter how busy life gets, no matter how many times you’ve started and stopped, and no matter how overwhelming it can feel.
I’m a busy working mum of three and I run my own business, so I understand exactly what it’s like to juggle full-time jobs, school runs, appointments, late nights, early mornings, and everything in between. And because I live that life, I know firsthand that you can reach your goals without spending hours in the gym, without giving up all the foods you enjoy, and without living on restrictive, miserable diets.
After having my third child, everything shifted for me. My body changed, my routine changed, my lifestyle changed — and I realised more women need to hear the truth:
✨ You do NOT need to cut out “good” food.
✨ You do NOT need to restrict yourself to the point of yo-yoing.
✨ You ARE allowed a bar of chocolate.
✨ You ARE allowed a glass of wine.
✨ You just need balance — and the right knowledge to find that balance.
Before kids, I had endless hours to train. Now? Life is beautifully chaotic. But that doesn’t mean training is impossible — it simply means training looks different. And different is okay. Different can still get you incredible results.
The real shift happens when you stop viewing fitness through the eyes of your pre-children life. Your routines are different now, your time is different, your priorities are different — and that’s completely normal. What matters is adapting, not giving up.
I’m here to show you that you can reach your goals, you can feel strong, confident and empowered again, and you cancreate a lifestyle that works with your life — not against it.
If I can do it while juggling three little ones, a household, and a business, then trust me: you can too. And I’m going to show you how.
